This is my first time trying psilocybin so I wanted to microdose and having a variety is just something I generally want when trying something new so this was amazing.
My favorite so far are the Avery albino. I get energetic and giggly and everything feels very good.
I am a very sensitive person so, I would say if you also are, to medications generally and whatnot, start with half a capsule, you'll feel it.
One negative: if anyone out there is already dealing with constipation this is not your friend. I have tried downing containers of coconut water, electrolytes and obviously water and every time without fail, even if I take half a capsule, I have full on rectal spasms and it's sadly not worth it anymore.
I have yet to use all of mine and I bought them over a year ago because I have to mentally and physically prepare so much.
Trying microdose extract soon hopefully the one negative will improve. 🙂

I've been macrodosing for a while but with a brand that never specified the strain of mushrooms. I ordered 3 packs so I could really try each one for their individual characteristics. So far I've tried the white teachers and wow, they are so relaxing and delightful (400 mg dose). I really look forward to trying the others!
